Dose

- Have the decoction once or twice a day
- Take the decoction along with warm milk or water
- Have the supplement with honey for effective results
- Adults can have 10-15gm of the herbal jam per day
- Children below 5 years of age will have 1-2gm of the jam
- Children between 5-12 years of age may have 5gm of the supplement
